Pictures
Motion (Pictures 1-4): Boy walking
Aperture (Pictures 5-8): Fire hydrant and a Tree
I learned in this assignment the different way that motion and depth of field pictures are taken. To take different motion pictures you need to change to shutter speed. When you make it faster is takes a frozen in time picture, which is when to subject is frozen and not moving. When the shutter speed is slower the subject is seen moving and is blurred. To create a different depth of field you need to change the aperture. This changes the amount of light that is let in and what in the picture is in focus. A smaller aperture creates a bright picture with a close depth of field, when it is smaller the brightness is darker and the focus is in the farther points of the picture.
